Usually this involves a combination of slow motion filming and stopping the action where appropriate to explain a point. I feel this brings out the essence of the action quite well.

Longsword cutting analyzedThe video is presentation of fairly technical nature of cutting biomechanics as well as the determination of various interesting parameters such as cutting speed, cut duration or reach.
